The selected package, additional services, total price, brief and payment record form an integral part of the pre-contract information and distance service agreement.
Company and Commercial Details
Grafikhan is a brand providing white label web production support to agencies. Service provider and contact details are listed below. Tax, registered electronic mail (KEP) and professional chamber fields must be completed only with verified official information.
The official information in these fields must exactly match the person or company that actually provides the service and issues the invoice. An iyzico application should not be submitted until the three bracketed fields have been completed.
KVKK Data Protection Notice
Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data in connection with web production services offered under the Grafikhan brand may be processed by the data controller, Gökhan Tuncer, within the scope explained below.
Categories of data that may be processed
Your name, agency/company name, phone number, email address, project scope, delivery date, domain/hosting preference, submitted logo and brief files, communication records and information relating to the quotation or contract process may be processed.
Purposes of processing
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to project requests,
- Managing quotation, contracting, production, delivery, invoicing and support processes,
- Maintaining service quality, information security and business continuity,
- Responding to lawful requests from authorised institutions and public bodies,
- Sending campaigns, announcements and commercial communications where you have given explicit consent.
Legal grounds, transfers and collection methods
Data may be collected through forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, file sharing and digital communication channels where necessary to establish or perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, establish, exercise or protect a right, or pursue a legitimate interest. To the extent necessary, it may be shared with hosting, email, accounting, payment, technical support and legal advisory providers, or with authorised public authorities.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or deletion, object to processing and seek compensation for damage. The application method appears in the “Data Subject Request” section below.
Privacy Policy
Grafikhan treats the confidentiality of production carried out on behalf of agencies and their clients as a fundamental part of its business model. Requests, briefs, client information, design files, access credentials and project content are shared only with the team members and service providers required to deliver the work, and only to the extent necessary.
- Project materials you share are not used as portfolio references without your permission.
- Passwords, panel access details and similar sensitive information are used only by the limited personnel required for the technical operation.
- Reasonable technical and administrative security measures are applied; however, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to carry zero risk.
- Relevant data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Marketing, announcements or commercial electronic communications that are not required for a project request are carried out only when you have given explicit consent. Explicit consent means an informed and freely given approval concerning a specific matter.
Where you have given this consent, your name, contact information and agency/company details may be processed to send you information, announcements and offers about Grafikhan’s white label web production services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@grafikhan.com or using the opt-out method in the message you receive. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Data Subject Request Form
You may send requests under the KVKK to info@grafikhan.com together with information and documents sufficient to verify your identity. Including the following information will help us process your request promptly and accurately.
Applications are concluded as soon as possible according to their nature and within the maximum periods prescribed by the KVKK. If processing the request requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the relevant authority.
Service and Terms of Use
This website provides agencies with information about white label web design, development and production support and accepts project requests. Information on the site is general; scope, price, delivery time, payment plan and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.
- Each project is evaluated separately according to page count, content, design, technical requirements, third-party services and the delivery plan.
- Requests outside the agreed scope after acceptance may affect timing and price; changes are planned with both parties’ approval.
- The agency is responsible for having the right to use all supplied content, images, brand materials and instructions. The party supplying the relevant material is responsible for third-party claims arising from it.
- Payment, intellectual property, access handover, support period and confidentiality terms are governed by the project-specific quotation or agreement.
- The site and services may not be used for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.

Subject of the agreement and key service characteristics
This agreement covers the custom design, development and digital delivery of a website for use under the purchaser’s or their client’s brand, based on the package selected and brief submitted through the online form. The selected package, page range, additional domain/hosting preference, project notes and payment summary form an integral part of the agreement.
Price and payment
- The production fee for a 60–80 page corporate website is EUR 23.
- The production fee for a 90–150+ page corporate website is EUR 55.
- A domain and hosting request adds EUR 13 to the selected package price.
- Payment is collected for the total shown in the order summary through iyzico or another specified secure payment method. Invoice details and applicable taxes are shown in the order/payment summary.
Formation and effective date
The agreement is concluded electronically when the purchaser reads the order summary, this agreement and the delivery/cancellation/refund terms, selects the relevant consent box and payment is approved. The order record, consent timestamp, payment record and correspondence between the parties may serve as evidence.
Performance, delivery and purchaser obligations
The purchaser must provide all briefs, text, logos, images, access details and approvals required for production completely and lawfully. The delivery period begins after payment is received and all required materials have been supplied. Delivery methods and detailed timelines are explained in the “Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Terms” section below.
Right of withdrawal and exception
A purchaser acting as a consumer has the general right of withdrawal provided by applicable law. However, this right may not apply to services whose performance begins with the purchaser’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires. A request to begin production immediately is therefore collected through a separate, optional consent. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected where the service is defective, not performed or a refund is otherwise required by law.
Intellectual property and use after delivery
The purchaser is responsible for the rights and permissions relating to supplied brands, text and images. Once the project fee is paid in full, the purchaser receives the right to use the delivered project files within the scope of the order, subject to third-party licences and the provider’s pre-existing general tools.
Disputes and applications
Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts subject to applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules. Relevant mandatory mediation and jurisdiction provisions apply to commercial disputes. A written request for resolution may first be sent to info@grafikhan.com.
Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms
When does the delivery period begin?
The standard delivery period begins after payment is successfully received and all briefs, content, logos/images, domain preferences and access details required for production have been supplied. Provided the scope does not change and information or approvals expected from the purchaser are not delayed, the order is delivered digitally within 24 hours at the latest .
Delivery method
- If “ZIP delivery” is selected, the project files are sent by download link or email.
- If installation on existing hosting is selected, the files are uploaded to the relevant hosting space after the required access details are provided.
- If the domain and hosting package is selected, the website is published after domain availability is confirmed and registration is completed.
- Delivery notification is sent through the email address or phone/WhatsApp channel entered in the form.
Circumstances affecting the timeline
The timeline is paused where content or access details are missing, scope is added later, the requested domain is unavailable, a third-party service is interrupted or purchaser approval is delayed. The remaining time resumes when the issue is resolved, and the purchaser is informed.
Cancellation and withdrawal
A cancellation request submitted before production begins is reviewed, and payment is refunded provided no domain, licence or hosting cost has been committed to a third party. If production begins immediately at the purchaser’s explicit request, no refund is made after service commencement solely because the purchaser changes their mind, does not use the project or abandons the order.
Circumstances in which refunds are issued
- The service cannot be started or delivered by the provider,
- A duplicate or incorrect payment is collected,
- The service is defective in relation to the agreed order scope and a statutory right to a refund arises,
- The parties agree to a refund in writing.
For a defective service, the consumer’s statutory remedies remain protected, including requesting repeat performance, free correction of the resulting work, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the agreement where the legal conditions are met.
Domain, hosting and third-party costs
Domain registrations made for the purchaser, activated hosting, purchased licences and non-refundable third-party service fees are excluded from the refund calculation unless the service is defective or a refund is legally required. Third-party costs not yet incurred are refunded.
Refund method and notification
Cancellation, delivery or refund requests must be sent to info@grafikhan.com together with the order details. Approved refunds are processed, where possible, through the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. The time taken to reach the account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Legal Notice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the text, design, images, brands, code and other content on this site belong to Grafikhan or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is prohibited.
